The 3-judge panel in Texas has just released the new congressional maps for the 2012 elections.
Update: The looks of it appear that this is Texas Attorney General Gregg Abbott's map almost if not entirely verbatim.
Austin and San Antonio have been sliced six ways to Sunday too.
